Domestic buyers will get the orders through shipping by registered courier companies. They get their orders through speed post too.
Shipping of our Plants Yard products is limited to India only.
Customers will receive the products within 7 working days according to the committed delivery date. Products shipping procedures also follow the courier company and post office norms.
Plants Yard has no liability for any delay in the delivery by the Courier Company or postal services. We have the liability to hand over the products to the courier company from the day of ordering the product (within working 7 days).
Products will be delivered to the registered address of the buyers according to the credit card or debit card information. If the buyers specify the address then the products will be delivered to that address only. Plants Yard is not responsible for any kind of damage to the product while it is delivering to the buyers.

Delivery charges are decided based on the calculation of the multiple units and some products. Multiple ordered products will be calculated based on the weights of all the units. But the charges will be as same as the single delivery charge.
Delivery charges will be different if the buyers buy different plants from different locations. Charges will be different because the products will be shipped from different cities.
Disclaimer :
Major courier agencies are eligible to deliver the products to all urban areas in India. For the rural areas or remote areas, products will be delivered by the local courier or Indian Postal services. That’s why it may take some time. But it will be delivered surely.
