Plants Yard aims to provide undoubted assistance to its customers. That’s why they keep a liberal cancellation policy.
According to this policy:
Cancellations will be granted only if the request of withdrawal is done within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellation requests won’t be granted if the orders have been contacted by the vendors or merchants and they have started the dispatching procedure of shipping that item.
There is no cancellation of the order is available under the Same Day delivery criteria.
You won’t get cancellation options of the items from Plants Yard which are available only for some special occasions like Durga Puja, Holi, Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. All of these are limited and special offers. That’s why the cancellation process won’t be granted for these processions.
If you receive a damaged product (durable or non-durable both) from us, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team. Your requests will be granted once the merchant has completed the verifying process that the mistake is done from his end. But you should inform about the damaged product (after receiving) within 1 day.
If you find out the delivered product is not matching with the ordered product on our website –then you inform our Customer Service Team quickly. Once the product is delivered to you and you have received it- the product cannot be returned or refunded. If you find out that the product is not the same as shown on our website, feel free to consult with the Customer Service Team. But you should contact them within 24 hrs.
